2-9 dome.jpg Construction has started at the Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis as a way to make watching Rams’ football more enjoyable for the fans in what has been a dark, sterile place to watch a game.

The total project will cost $30 million and will include many upgrades.  The project will include renovations to the Rams’ club and Premium Club in both endzones.  The dark blue paint will be replaced by a lighter shade.  Video boards will be placed in both endzones and new state of the art scoreboards will be constructed.

All of the renovations will be complete by the start of the 2009 season.  Now, if Steve Spagnuolo can give that team a face lift, we’ll be in good shape.
