Robin Ersland Mules wrestling Coach Robin Ersland recorded his 200 th career dual win with a 45-3 victory over Newman (Kan.) University at Thursday’s senior night, at the UCM Multipurpose Building.

"I’ve had great assistant coaches and great kids. Without those things I never would have won that many duals.  It means a lot to me personally because when I started coaching I set some goals for myself. I wanted to win a national title, which we’re still working towards, I wanted to coach 25 years and this is my 25 th year and I wanted to get to 200 wins, there aren’t a lot of guys in college with 200 dual wins" said Ersland.

The Mules (7-5) were had an 18-0 lead without wrestling a match because of forfeits at 197, 285 and 125 pounds. Seventh-ranked senior Grant Baker scored a 7-4 decision at 133 pounds and Cory Bloodgood won by a 3-2 score before Will Forrest received a forfeit at 149 and the Mules led 30-0.
