The Rams have received permission to interview assistant coach Todd Bowles of Miami, defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier of Minnesota, defensive coordinator Rex Ryan of Baltimore and receiver coach Ray Sherman of Dallas.  They could all be interviewed this week.

The Rams did interview Green Bay assistant coach Winston Moss.  ESPN is also reporting that the Rams could interview former Giants coach Jim Fassel as early as Thursday.

Billy Devaney who is conducting the interviews for the Rams, hired Mike Smith last year to run the Falcons.  Despite losing in the opening round of the playoffs this weekend against Arizona, Smith was named NFL coach of the year.

Devaney may be proving that he has a knack for finding coaches who can turn teams around.  Atlanta was a mess last year.  Now that Leslie Frazier of Minnesota and Bowles of Miami are done for the season, their interviews could happen sooner than later.  Ryan is preparing for the Ravens game with Tennessee this weekend.
