Some nervous moments for students headed home on the school bus from Westport High School in Kansas City. Somebody fired a pellet gun into the window of the bus, hitting a student in the back, resulting in a welt.
School officials say it looks as though trouble between two groups of girls led to male friends joining the fray. A confrontation followed just as some of the students climbed aboard the bus. One young person ran up to the bus as it pulled away, and fired into an open window.
