The Missouri-Kansas college football game set for Saturday at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City will not be the last at that venue.

The two schools, the Kansas City Chiefs, and the Kansas City Sports Commission have announced an agreement has been struck to have the Tigers and Jayhawks play their annual Big 12 Conference match-up at Arrowhead Stadium through 2012, with Missouri – this year’s host – hosting the 2010 and 2012 games. Kansas, last year’s host, will perform the same duties in 2009 and 2011.

Last year’s Mizzou-Kansas game drew more than 80,000 fans to Arrowhead for the contest. A crowd of similar proportions is expected for tomorrow’s game.
