St. Louis Cardinals catcher Yadier Molina won the NL gold glove award. He set the award as one of his goals for the 2008 season, an award that is much deserved, albeit a year or two late.
For Molina it’s his first gold glove in a season that was a down year for his standards. He threw out 34.6% of would be basestealers and committed 10 errors.
