David DeJesus delivered a two-out, two-run homer in the ninth inning on Saturday night to give the Royals a 5-4 victory over the Seattle Mariners.  Mark Grudzielanek got two singles early in the game, reaching the coveted 2,000-hit mark, earning a prolonged standing ovation .

The Royals were down to the last out when Billy Butler came out to pinch-hit for Esteban German and walked on four pitches.  DeJesus jumped on the first pitch and started pumping his fist, but Ichiro was fading back to the wall as if he had a bead on it, but it was over his head and into the Royals bullpen for the 5-4 win.

It was the first walk off home run by the Royals since Alberto Castillo did it against Cleveland on April 19 of 2005.
