Duncan watches his HR in the 5th (Bill Greenblatt, UPI) The Cardinals beat the Mets 7-1 scoring in each of the first five innings as Kyle Lohse 10 th win of the year.  Lohse went seven innings, allowing one run, on five hits, two walks, and four strikeouts. 

Albert Pujols had two RBIs and Chris Duncan hit a two run homer that just cleared the right field fair pole to put the Cards up 7-0. 

Ron Villone and Mark Mulder, appearing in a game for the first time since September 16 th each pitched a scoreless inning of relief.
