Missouri House Speaker Rod Jetton (R-Marble Hill) has joined the Bob Onder for Congress team.
A press release from the Onder campaign says Jetton has signed on to oversee all aspects of the campaign as general consultant. In the release, Jetton is quoted as saying, "Doctor Onder is a proven leader on the issues that are most important to conservatives."
Jetton is one of seven aides and advisors announced Friday by the Onder campaign. Onder, a State Representative from Lake St. Louis, is in his first term in the General Assembly. He is among a crowded field of Republicans hoping to replace northwest Missouri Congressman Kenny Hulshof (R-MO), who is running for Governor.
