The 15 th ranked Missouri Tiger baseball team won its’ opening game in the Miami regional of the NCAA baseball tournament, 7-0 over Ole’ Miss.  Centerfielder Ryan Lollis went 4 for 4, while catcher Trevor Coleman finished 2 for 3, including a three run homer in the bottom of the 7 th .  Aaron Senne and Jacob Priday each with a pair of RBIs. 

Starting Aaron Crow pitched a complete game shutout, giving up three hits, walking five and striking out 10.  Crow’s record as a starter is now 12-0 on the year.  This adds to his good news he got yesterday, Crow being named to the Louisville Slugger All-America First Team, as announced by Collegiate Baseball. Crow is the 14th player in MU history to earn first team honors and is the first since Dave Silvestri in 1988.  Tomorrow, Mizzou will play the winner of the Miami-Bethune Cookman game, which is being played this afternoon.
