The Kansas City Royals have lost their sixth game in a row as they were shut out 6-0 by the Toronto Blue Jays Saturday afternoon at Rogers Centre in Toronto.

Toronto scored 4 runs in the 1st inning for all the offense they would need. And they came on one swing of the bat as Brad Wilkerson belted a grand slam home run off KC starter and losing pitcher Luke Hochevar (3-4). Jesse Litsch (6-1) went the distance for the Jays.

The Royals (21-28) and the Jays (26-25) continue their weekend series Sunday afternoon as Gil Meche (3-6) goes to the mound for Kansas City against Toronto’s Dustin McGowan (2-4).
