Emporia State, with a MIAA league leading 15-3 record has the number one seed in this week’s softball tournament at the Mid America West Sports Complex in Shawnee, KS. The Central Missouri Jennies grab the number 2 seed with their 12-6 conference record.
The tournament starts this Thursday with four of the Missouri schools going head to head in the opening game. 2nd seed Central Missouri will play Missouri Western, the 7th seed in the last game of the day. Before that, 3rd seed Northwest Missouri State will take on Truman State ranked 6th.
