Former Missouri State men’s basketball coach Barry Hinson knew his fate a couple of weeks ago and as the time ticked away in his final game, (a loss to Illinois State on Friday night in the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament) he had to fight back a lot of emotions.
He also said that he has been contacted about coaching and he plans to coach in an NCAA tournament game. Something Hinson was criticized for an ultimately fired for not being able to take the Bears to an NCAA tournament game in nine season.
