John Bale, 7 K's in 5 innings of work The Royals beat the White Sox 7-6 as the Royals scored two runs in the bottom of the 9th to cap off the come from behind win.  Mark Teahen singled in the winning run. 

Trey Hillman’s team is trying to stress small ball and Hillman saw some results as Tony Pena Jr. bunted for a hit and Joey Gathright stole three bases.  Starter John Bale had his second impressive outing, throwing three scoreless innings.  Bale also has seven strikeouts in his five innings of spring work.

Jorge DeLaRosa got banged up in his inning and a third of work allowing five runs (four earned) off of five hits.  The Royals had 11 hits from 11 different batters. 

The Royals take on Colorado on Tuesday.
