A manslaughter charge has been filed against the driver of a St. Charles County paper recycling truck – whose truck tipped over onto a passing vehicle.
A woman in the other vehicle was killed with the 59,000 pound truck landed on her car. Police say the truck, driven by Heffrey Trammel of O’Fallon, ran a red light and made a sharp right turn to avoid hitting other vehicles. When the truck made the turn, it fell onto the other car.
