The Jackson County Legislature is considering a new ordinance putting new limits on adult entertainment clubs. The ordinance has been created in the wake of reports of sex between men and a teenage girl at a club in an unincorporated area of the county.
The proposed ordinance limits physical contact between people in the clubs, prohibits holes in video booth walls where people can make sexual contact and restricts video booths to one person – among other things.
The bill gets its first hearing today.
