Tornadoes in southwest Missouri have killed two women and injured several other people. The tornadoes were part of a series of vicious storms that swept across Missouri, causing widespread property damage and flooding.
One woman was killed in Green County, near Strafford. The National Weather Service reports another woman was killed in nearby Webster County, and six people were hurt, two critically.
The National Weather Service says much of Missouri is likely to see more rain today.
