Bad news for the women’s basketball program at Southeast Missouri State.  The NCAA’s Committee of Infractions has decided that the women’s basketball program should have wins wiped out from 2002-2003 through 2005-2006 season.  This decision came in a letter that was written by the NCAA back in October and just released by SEMO.  Also in the letter it states that there were numerous violations that were serious and intentional, included the direct involvement of the coach, were large in number, and included ineligible competition.   The NCAA also decided to strike SEMO’s appearance in the 2006 NCAA tournament.
