Chase Daniel is the first Missouri player to be named the Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year. Prior to this season, only two other Tigers have received postseason accolades in conference history (2002-Brad Smith, Offensive Freshman of the Year; 1998-Justin Smith, Defensive Freshman of the Year).

Missouri received more major individual awards this season (3) than it had in the combined previous 11 years of conference play. Kansas equaled its prior combined total with three accolades this year.

The All-Big 12 First, Second and Honorable Mention were also announced and can be found on the link below.
