Chrysler is cutting the second shift at its Fenton plant as part of its national effort to eliminate 13,000 hourly jobs. One-thousand of those jobs will be the second shift at the Fenton Minivan plant. They’ll go away on New Year’s Day.
The Fenton plant is one of five Chrysler plants in the United States losing shifts.
