For over 45 minutes, neither the Blues or Phoenix Coyotes could score a goal. Brad Boyes lit the lamp for the 9th time in 10 games with 14 minutes and 8 seconds to play. The Coyotes would respond with two goals in the final period to beat the Blues for the second time this season.
In fact, the Blues haven’t beaten the Coyotes since February of 2004.
