Now, there are three. A third Democrat has filled out paperwork with the Secretary of State’s office to be on the ballot for the presidential primary February 5th. John Edwards has joined Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama as Democratic candidates. No new candidates have signed up on the Republican side. Five Republicans filed the first day: Ron Paul, Fred Thompson, Mitt Romney, Rudy Giuiliani and John McCain.
