The sexual harassment suit against the former Director of the State Department of Agriculture has been settled.
Former employee Heather Elder filed suit after claiming former Director Fred Ferrell had sexually harassed her. The settlement calls for Elder to receive $70,000 … and for her attorney to receive $12,500.
Ferrell was initially allowed to remain on the job, but was forced to resign in February after Elder’s allegations became public.
