Surprising results came back from St. Louis Cardinal pitcher Mark Mulder’s MRI. More surgery will be required to repair his rotator cuff. It never completely healed. He should be ready for spring training 2008.
Albert Pujols strained his calf the other day. It’s still bothering him to the point where he could be lost for the remainder of the year. He’ll play it day by day, but says he has a hard time walking.
