The man accused in the Neosho church shooting now faces charges that he raped a 14-year old girl two days before the shooting incident.
The new charges against Eiken Elam Saimon say he assaulted the girl becase she had stolen his car and had wrecked it. The prosecutor has not said if he thinks there is a link between the assault on the girl and the church shootings that killed three people.
