That’s what tight end Tony Gonzales said after last nights 30-7 lost to New Orleans.  He said he’s been there when the offense has been good and now it looks like the offense is bad and ugly…Tony’s a pretty smart guy.

Head Coach Herm Edwards gave Brodie Croyle the bulk of the playing time into the 3rd quarter and I just don’t think 5 of 17 passing for 45 yards with 1 INT is going to cut it.  Let’s hope Damon Huard’s calf heals up.  153 total net yards.  I’m still hopeful that once they get Larry Johnson back into the mix it will another dimension to their offense.

Even the defense looked confused at times.  Yes, they made a couple of 4th and short stops inside the five, but the reality is, had this game counted the Saints would have taken easy field goals in those situations.  Missed tackles, defenders getting turned around covering receivers, they looked lost at times.

The Chiefs are 0-3.
