An early democratic candidate for Lieutenant Governor has hit the road to get his name before the public. He’s Mike Evans, a teacher and small businessman from Arnold. Evans has not held political office before. He serves on veterans affairs committees for the national Democratic party and serves on a similar committee for Congressman Russ Carnahan, who represents his hometown.
Evans says he hopes to raise one-million dollars for his campaign.
