The suspended Superintendent of the troubled Riverview Gardens School District in St. Louis County faces big legal problems. Henry P. Williams has been indicted – charged with two counts of felony theft and three counts of evading Missouri income taxes.

Williams, who was suspended by the Riverview Gardens School Board in March, is free on $50,000 bond and has a court date on May 30th. Authorities say one felony theft count involves money to which Williams was not entitled – more than $100,000. He is accused of not paying his fair share of state taxes in 2003, 2004, and 2005. Williams denies the allegations.
