The St. Louis Police Department is investigating ten officers who might have used World Series tickets taken away from scalpers to let friends go to the games.
Chief Joseph Mokwa says the officers re-claimed the tickets after their friend used them and then put them into evidence storage. Mokwa says the tickets should have gone into the storage area immediately after the original seizure.
