People are finding some wind damage, flooded roads, and dented cars from overnight rain, wind and hail storms that have hit much of Missouri.

Tornadoes were reported in Laclede, Johnson, Bates, and Henry Counties – with some damage reported in Bates County but no injuries.

Authorities in Moberly are not sure whether it was straight winds or twisting winds that hit the northern part of that community, but police say a car dealership has been de-roofed and a tractor-trailer unit has been blown over.

Four hangars are reported to have been destroyed at the Moberly’s airport.
