Mizzou baseball rallied off three fairly easy wins in a sweep over Florida International in Miami. The Tigers defeated FIU 12-6 in game one on Friday, 15-7 on Saturday, but needed three perfect innings of relief from freshman Kyle Gibson on Sunday to pull out a 3-2 victory, and its first 3-0 start since the 1999 season.
The Tigers get a chance to stay in the sun and escape the cold and snow in Missouri this week. They travel to Arizona for four game, facing Arizona State once in Tempe and again in Surprise as part of the Spring Training Classic.
