A jury in St. Charles County has sentenced Kenneth Baumruk to death for the shooting death of his wife, Mary, and the wounding of four other people at the St. Louis County Courthouse in 1992. 67-year-old Baumruk was found guilty on Saturday, with the jury opting for the death penalty during the penalty phase of the trial which concluded today. Formal sentencing has been set for March 19th.
