The Cass County prosecutor has dropped the murder charge against Michael Shaver, the man who claimed to have lured drug dealers to his farm house and killed them, then chopped up their bodies and scattered the remains on his property. The prosecutor says anthropologists and blood experts cannot confirm any of the bone fragments and blood stains found on his property came from murder victims. Shaver is still in jail on robbery and other charges stemming from a carjacking in August.
