Columbia’s entry in the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, has bowed out of the tournament with a 2-1 loss to Beaverton, Oregon. Columbia is only the second Missouri Little League team to make it to the World Series. Webb City appeared in 2002. The team flies home today, just in time for the start of school.
