Florissant is going to get a Hooters restaurant, over the protests of some residents who say the city council has betrayed them. The city council has voted 8-1 to approve the plans for the restaurant after months of protests by some citizens. The restaurants are known for the revealing outfits worn by waitresses. One supporter of the restaurant says those protesting it on moral grounds are overlooking more significant moral issues they should be working on.
