Rams first year head coach Scott Linehan will get his first taste of NFL training camp as the head man in charge. Players reported to St. Louis Wednesday but won’t actually hit the field until today. For the second year in a row, the Rams will conduct camp at their practice facility at Rams Park in St. Louis.

Wednesday’s gathering was mostly filled with meetings. Today and for about a month on, camp will be much more of a grind. Linehan is implementing a practice schedule that comprises of two-a-day practices followed by one-a-day practices. He’ll try to follow that agenda, hoping it’ll lessen camp injuries and keep players fresh and less fatigued.

There’s a possibility that first-round draft pick Tye Hill could miss a significant amount of training camp. The defensive back from Clemson has yet to sign a deal with the team.
