Something weird is going on in Kansas City these days. The Royals seem to have found the recipe for winning. Oh, not just a game here and a game there. Oh no, this is much more than that. A 6-0 win over the Brewers Sunday marked their fifth win in six games. They’ve also won three consecutive series for the first time since last July. Starter Mark Redman pitched seven shutout innings to earn his fourth straight win. Jimmy Gobble pitched 1.1 innings to get his first save of the year. Emil Brown had three hits in the game as did Doug Mientkiewicz who also had three RBIs. Tony Graffanino chipped in with two RBIs.
