The House Springs man accused of kidnapping his child and taking her to New Zealand has pleaded guilty to parental kidnapping and other charges in a plea deal that could send him to prison for nearly four years. Authorities had accused Arlen Dean Hill II, who was separated from his wife and had visitation rights, of taking their 17-month-old daughter for a visit in June of 2002 – a visit from which he never returned. Hill was arrested in New Zealand in June of last year and was returned to the U.S. in February.
