A Hurricane Katrina victim who got more than $4,300 from the Federal Emergency Management Agency turns out not to be a victim after all. St. Louis resident Andrea Gholson has pleaded guilty to filing a false claim and to helping another person file a false claim. The other woman, who got more than $10,000, pleaded guilty earlier this month. Both women await sentencing.
