Southwest Baptist guard Sheldon Pace was named an NCAA Division II first-team All-American by the National Association of Basketball Coaches on Tuesday after a remarkable season, which led SBU to a regular season and post season conference crown. Pace averaged 13.9 points, 8.2 assists, 4.5 rebounds and 2.1 steals per game. He was also the MIAA conference player of the year.
