A Missouri team is guaranteed a spot in Tuesday night’s championship game at the NAIA Division II Men’s Basketball Tournament. College of the Ozarks, which is the host and fourth-seed, will play eighth seeded Lindenwood University of St. Charles on Monday night in the semifinals.

C. of. O. advanced to the final four with an 80-61 win over Mayvville St. (N.D.) on Saturday night in the quarterfinals. In 2000, the first year College of the Ozarks hosted the tournament, they used their host exemption to get a spot in the field and made it to the championship game.

Lindenwood topped Mount Vernon Nazarene (Ohio) 74-68 to advance.

Unseeded MidAmerica Nazarene (Kansas) will take on second-seeded Huntington (Indiana) in the other semifinal game.

At the NAIA Division II Women’s Basketball Tournament in Sioux City, Iowa, College of the Ozarks is also in the semifinals. C. of. O., which is a number-one seed, advanced by topping Benedictine (Kansas) 73-64 in overtime on Saturday night. They’ll face St. Francis (Indiana) on Monday.
