While nothing is certain or even close to certain, one thing is…certain. The Chiefs’ stance on Eagles wide receiver Terrell Owens has changed a little. Last year, the team was dead set against the prospect of even considering a move to acquire Owens, but now Chiefs Presdient/General Manager Carl Peterson has told Kansas City star that they are “somewhat interested” in him. Peterson said shift in attitude has a lot to do with head coach Herman Edwards’ ability to work with more difficult players. If a trade for Owens isn’t made soon, the Eagles are expected to cut him next month. He has five years left on his contract with Philadelphia.
