The final American Volleyball Coaches’ Association Top 25 poll was released on Tuesday and the Missouri Tigers finished the season ranked eighth in the nation. Mizzou had never finished higher than 20th (2002) until this season.
Missouri went 25-5 and advanced to the Elite Eight in the NCAA Tournament before losing to Tennessee in a match that would have sent them to the Final Four.
