The former CEO of American Italian Pasta Company is getting a separation payment of more than $287,000. American-Italian Pasta is based in Kansas City. Timothy Webster’s separation payment is about $1-million less than he could have gotten under his contract. He’s leaving at a time when the company is under investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company is not saying if Webster was fired or resigned.
