The Rams have signed Jeff Smoker…again. He’ll be the number-three quarterback for St. Louis with Marc Bulger on the bench. Smoker was cut before the season started, then brought back in October, when Bulger was out of the first time. Once Bulger returned, Smoker was let go.
He spent a week on the Eagles practice squad before coming back to the Rams.
The team waived tight end Darius Williams, who is now on the practice squad.
