A Bosnian man convicted of manslaughter for his sister’s death during a street race in St. Louis will not be deported. A judge has accepted the jury recommendation that 23-year-old Admir Mustafic be fined $5,000 rather than be given a prison sentence that would have triggered deportation proceedings. Mustafic has been living in the United Statea for seven years. 16-year-old Adisa Mustafic died in a car crash near Grant’s Farm in 2003. Witnesses say Mustafic was racing another car at the time of the wreck.
