The Rams dropped to 2-2 with a 44-24 loss to the Giants at the Meadowlands Sunday. New York jumped out to a 27-10 lead early on and never looked back.

The Rams defense allowed 17 of those first-half points in the first quarter. Eli Manning picked apart the St. Louis secondary, finishing 19-for-35 with 296 yards, four touchdowns and no interceptions. Meanwhile Tiki Barber rushed for 128 yards and a score. Marc Bulger had a 40-for-62 performance with 442 yards in the air. His two touchdowns were counteracted by three interceptions.

Steven Jackson led the Rams in rushing with just 17 yards…Marshall Faulk had 16. St. Louis had five turnovers on the day.
