What a wild night it was for the Chiefs. Apparently Junior Siavii, Greg Wesley and Lawrence Tynes weren’t the only ones spending time with the police on Saturday night. The now famous night off for the team was also a rough one for back up quarterback Todd Collins who was almost arrested after an incident at a Stillwater, Minnesota bar.

Collins, according to police reports, got on top of a speaker and refused to get down. According to the report, John Bonse, who is a bouncer at the bar, claims that when he tried to get Collins off the speaker Collins struck him in the head.

While Bonse talked to police, Collins walked towards Bonse and police threatened Collins with a taser. Trent Green, who was at the bar with Collins talked with Bonse and convinced him not to press charges. However, a woman who claims she was slammed against a metal railing inside the bar while Bonse and Collins were engaged, may file a lawsuit.

This incident, along with Siavii and Wesley’s arrest in Minnesota and Tyne’s altercation with a two people at a River Falls, Wisconsin bar, happened within thirty minutes of one another. Siavii and Wesley were arrested after Siavii allegedly threw objects and cursed a security guard at a Minneapolis hotel. Wesley is accused of charging an officer and had was sprayed with mace. Tynes allegedly struck two people, breaking a security guard’s nose.

The team was given Saturday off after a loss to the Vikings in an exhibition game Friday night.
