The Kansas City Star reports that the Chiefs are still looking at free agent cornerback Ty Law and that interest is about the only thing preventing them from signing fellow free agent cornerback Ashley Ambrose. Head coach Dick Vermeil told the paper that they’re waiting to get a better physical evaluation on Law before completely dismissing his asking price, which is dramatically higher than Ambrose’s. Law’s foot was surgically repaired over the off season.
