Dozens of employers are attending a seminar today at the Missouri Chamber of Commerce offices in Jefferson City. It’s an event intended to inform these business people of the workers’ compensation law changes and the impact of those changes on employers. Chamber President Dan Mehan says employers must be aware of the changes because of the dramatic impact they have. Today’s meeting is one of six that have been held or will be held throughout the state. Mehan says there are a lot of questions regarding the impact of these big changes.
